With ALL my ice

The title comes for a song/video that's been in my head for a while. "1 Night" - Lil Yatchy and Sensei Fox's video to it. I laughed as i kept singing, "I know you want this for life... I just want you for the night". My plans for the day went astray unfortunately. Still, I managed to make great use of it. One of my boys from Jersey called me up to ask if I could help him with a project. Of course my bored ass said yes, so I hopped on a train with Taylorr and had a hilarious night out in Soho with with Kirt, Mikaell.

Sundae's On Sunday's

I work only three days a week at my food service job. During my first semester I went to school full time (18 credits) and worked 5 days a week between and after school. My mindset was money money money. I need to make more money. I need to get the things I want. I need to be independent.

The mindset held me over, but my body didn't fully recover from the accident. So on top of days I spent in a hassle to get to work on time, I added unneeded stress on my body. I never had time to do anything, would come home around 12 AM from work, slack off in my school work because I was incredibly tired then would wake up late for school. I never had time to go to physical therapy because of public transportation.

The semester came to a close and I walked down to my boss's office.

"I can only work three days now. This is too much for me."

It took about two or three weeks to get fortified, cause schedules are made two weeks in advance, but I'm finally working only Sunday mornings (7:00-2:30) Monday afternoons, (1:00-9:00 PM) and Tuesday nights (7:00-11:00 PM). I'm benching only 19 hours compared to 35-40 hours a week, but I've never felt better.

I have so much more time to take care of myself and live my life. Your first second or third job isn't everything. Money isn't everything. Make yourself a priority. Spend your life LIVING. It's way too short. Have a sundae and relax.
